尿道综合征在饮食上要忌食酸辣刺激性食物，如烈酒、辣椒、原醋、酸味水果等。此外咖啡因能导致膀胱颈收缩而使膀胱产生痉挛性疼痛，故应少喝咖啡。尿道综合征常用的食疗方法有：
1.玉米粥
原料：玉米渣?或面?50克，盐少许。
制法用法：玉米渣加适量水煮成粥后，加盐少许即成。空腹食用。
2.大麦粥
原料：大麦米50克，红糖适量。
制法用法：研碎大麦米，用水煮成粥后，放入适量红糖搅匀食用。
3.竹叶粥
原料：鲜竹叶30～45克，石膏15～30克，粳米50～100克，砂糖少许。
制法用法：竹叶与石膏加水煎煮，取汁与粳米、砂糖少许共煮，先以武火煮开，再用文火熬成稀粥即可食用。
4.青豆粥
原料：青豆?未成熟的黄豆?50克，小麦50克，通草5克，白糖少许。
制法用法：先以水煮通草去渣取汁，用汁煮青豆、小麦为粥，加白糖少许，搅匀即可食用。
