尿道综合征疗医生需与患者进行耐心的交谈使患者对疾病能有正确的认识并积极配合治疗膀胱功能训练是行为治疗和生物反馈治疗的重要内容通过膀胱训练能增强神经系统对排尿的控制能力降低膀胱的敏感性重建正常的排尿功能从而缓解或消除尿频及尿急症状具体方法是白天鼓励多饮水，进行其他劳作或休闲活动分散对尿意的注意力。主动控制排尿时间，逐渐延长排尿间隔时间，适量配合有关药物治疗。
