女性尿道综合征是妇女常见的临床征象。表现为反复发作尿频、尿急、尿痛、耻骨及肾区疼痛、下腹坠胀、尿量减少，每次只排出少量尿液或滴血而尿常规化验正常，中段尿培养阴性。尿道综合征的应对措施有：
1.无论是何种原因导致的女性尿道综合征，在急性发作时都应以尽快消除症状、控制细菌感染为主。
2.多饮水、多排尿;清洗外阴部，对下腹、会阴部用热毛巾进行热敷，并口服抗生素控制感染。
3.精神上予以放松，严重者可口服镇静药。急性症状控制后，再根据具体病因进行治疗。
4.如果是因为自身发育异常，可采取手术治疗，矫正畸形，恢复正常的解剖结构，避免病情复发。
5.另外对女性尿道综合征还有两个法宝，那就是精神放松和多饮水。前者可避免精神因素对该病的影响;后者的功用在于大量饮水，促进尿液排泄，不仅可冲洗掉尿道附着的细菌，还有利于消除尿道括约肌发生的不自主痉挛和收缩。
